- Other parties with your consent or at your direction.
We do not sell personal information for money. However, some U.S. state laws treat certain uses of cookies and similar technologies for targeted (cross-context behavioral) advertising as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. See Section 10 for how to opt out.
5. Email and Text Message Marketing
Email. If you subscribe to our emails or make a purchase, we may send you marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any marketing email or by contacting us. We will still send you transactional messages about your orders and account.

We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or text messaging opt-in data or consent with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. This does not include service providers that help us deliver text messages.
6. Cookies, Tracking Technologies, and Advertising
We and our partners use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies to:
- Make the Site work (strictly necessary): for example, to keep items in your shopping cart, process checkout, keep you logged in, and protect against fraud.
- Remember your preferences (functional): for example, your display settings or recently viewed items.
- Understand usage (analytics): to measure traffic and see how visitors use the Site so we can improve it.
- Advertise (targeting): to show you ads for our products on other websites and social media, and to measure how well those ads perform.
Third-party tracking across websites. Third parties, including our advertising and analytics partners, may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites and online services when you use our Site.
Your choices. You can control cookies through your browser settings and through any cookie preference tool available on our Site. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may cause parts of the Site, such as the cart and checkout, to stop working. You can also learn more about interest-based advertising and opt out through the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info) and the Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org). You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
Do Not Track. Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) setting. Because there is no common industry standard for DNT, our Site does not currently respond to DNT signals. We do recognize the Global Privacy Control signal as described in Section 10.
7. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to meet legal, tax, accounting, and reporting requirements. In general:
- Order and transaction records are kept for up to seven (7) years after the transaction to meet tax and accounting obligations.
- Account information is kept while your account is active and deleted or de-identified within a reasonable period after you ask us to close your account, except where we must keep it longer by law.
- Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We keep a record of your opt-out so we can respect it.
- Customer service communications are kept for up to three (3) years after the matter is resolved.
- Analytics and advertising data is kept for up to twenty-six (26) months, or as set by the relevant partner.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. These include encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections, access controls, and PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.

- Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to delete personal information we collected from or about you.
- Right to opt out of the sale of personal information, the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, targeted advertising, and profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. We do not engage in such profiling.
- Right to a list of third parties: in some states (such as Oregon and Minnesota), to obtain a list of the specific third parties to which we have disclosed personal information.
- Right to non-discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
- Right to appeal our decision on your request, as described below.
How to submit a request
To exercise your rights, email info@elsska.com with the subject line “Privacy Request,” or call +1 (305) 563-2002. Please tell us which right you want to exercise and your state of residence.
Verification. To protect your information, we will verify your identity before responding to requests to know, access, correct, or delete. We usually do this by matching information you give us with information we already have, such as your email address and order details. Opt-out requests do not require verification.
Authorized agents. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide written, signed permission from you, and we may ask you to verify your identity directly with us.
Timing. We will respond within 45 days of receiving your request. Where permitted by law, we may extend this period by an additional 45 days and will tell you if we do.
Opting out of sale, sharing, and targeted advertising
You can opt out by:
- Emailing info@elsska.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share”; or
- Enabling the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser. Where required by law, we treat a GPC signal as a valid request to opt out of sale, sharing, and targeted advertising for that browser or device and, if we know who you are, for your account.
Appeals
If we decline to take action on your request, you may appeal by emailing info@elsska.com with the subject line “Privacy Appeal” within 60 days after receiving our decision. We will respond to your appeal in writing within the time required by your state’s law, which is generally 45 to 60 days, and explain the reasons for our decision. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may contact your state Attorney General.
