Track Your Order
Enter your order number and the email address you used at checkout to see the current status of your order.
You can find your order number in the order confirmation email we sent you. If you have an account, you can also view all of your orders and tracking details under My Account.
What Your Order Status Means
- Pending payment: we are waiting for your payment to be confirmed.
- Processing: we have received your payment and are preparing your order for shipment.
- Completed: your order has shipped. Check your shipping confirmation email for the carrier tracking number.
- On hold: we need more information about your order. Please check your email.
- Cancelled or Refunded: your order has been cancelled or refunded.
