Our Services
At Elsska, we do more than ship electrical supplies. Whether you are a homeowner, a DIYer, or a professional electrician, our team is here to help you find the right product, get it to you quickly, and support you after your purchase.
Product Selection Assistance
Not sure which product fits your project? Send us your question before you buy and we will help you compare options. We can help with questions like:
- Testers and multimeters: choosing between a digital multimeter, clamp meter, or non-contact voltage tester, and understanding features such as True RMS, auto-ranging, display counts, and CAT safety ratings.
- Connectors and wiring supplies: matching lever nuts, push-in connectors, and split bolts to your wire type and gauge (AWG).
- Cords, plugs, and adapters: finding the right plug configuration, cord length, gauge, and amperage, such as a 4-prong NEMA 14-30 dryer cord or a replacement appliance cord.
- Outlets, switches, and dimmers: choosing the right device for your box, load, and bulb type.
- Breakers and fuses: checking compatibility with your load center brand and model.
- Lighting: selecting light sockets, recessed lighting, and ballasts for your fixture.
- Travel adapters: finding the right adapter for your destination.
Email us at info@elsska.com or use our contact form. Including the product link, your model numbers, and a photo of your existing setup helps us give you a faster, more accurate answer.
Smart Home Setup Support
Smart home devices should make life easier, not harder. If you buy a smart home device from us, such as SwitchBot, Kasa, Tapo, or Shelly products, we can help you remotely by email or phone with:
- checking compatibility with Amazon Alexa, Google Home, Apple Home, and Matter before you buy;
- connecting devices to the manufacturer’s app and your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network;
- pairing devices with a hub and linking them to your voice assistant; and
- setting up schedules, timers, and basic automations.

We work with electricians, contractors, property managers, and businesses that need larger quantities of electrical supplies such as connectors, outlets, switches, electrical boxes, conduit fittings, and breakers. For bulk orders, send us your product list and quantities through our contact form (please include your company name) and we will reply with availability and a quote.

A Note on Installation and Safety
Elsska is an online retailer and does not provide on-site installation or electrical contracting services. Any guidance we give is general product information and is not a substitute for a licensed electrician. Installing wiring devices, breakers, load centers, hardwired smart switches, and similar products can be dangerous and may require a permit. We strongly recommend using a qualified, licensed electrician, and always following the manufacturer’s instructions, the National Electrical Code, and your local codes.
